The Comfort Inn & Suites in Salinas is currently accepting resumes for a part-time and full-time front desk clerk. Multiple positions are available for morning shift from 5 a.m.- 10 a.m and/or evening shift from 4 p.m.- 9 p.m. We are looking for a front desk clerk who is professional, personable, and is able to work well under different circumstances. The front desk clerk will be responsible for all functions of the front desk as they relate to the daily operations of the hotel. Maintaining good customer service while making effective decisions is a crucial part of the front desk clerk's duties. Primary duties included assisting guests with checking in and out of the hotel in addition to helping guests with any questions or needs during their stay. The front desk clerk will also be responsible for answering a high volume of phone calls.
Job Requirements:
-A friendly personality
-Professional phone etiquette
-Must have the ability to provide quality customer service
-Must be flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
-Efficient computer skills and the ability to learn hotel check in/check out system
-Being able to multi-task
