Hotel located in downtown Monterey is seeking an experienced handy man to fill a full-time role as maintenance of the rooms as well as the property.
Tasks would include but are not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc.
Applicants should possess:
General knowledge in painting and carpentry, electrical work, plumbing work, landscaping, etc.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays if needed.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Problem solving skills
Ability to work independently but a team player
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Be able to use manual and power tools correctly and safely.
