Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as an Innkeeper/General Manager. As the face of our boutique Inn, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional hospitality skills and a dedication to providing an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and manage a small staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance team.

Maintain a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere throughout the Inn, engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, guest services, and maintenance of the Inn.

Manage reservations, including booking rooms, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, and handling any modifications or cancellations.

Oversee the daily operations of the inn, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to established standards.

Manage inventory and stock levels for amenities, toiletries, and other supplies, placing orders as needed.

Address guest reviews, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.

Collaborate with the Inn's management to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall operations.

Uphold the Inn's policies and procedures, including safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role as an innkeeper, manager, or front desk supervisor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and inspire & motive team members.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Proficiency in computer systems and reservation management software.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and activities to assist guests with recommendations and arrangements.
