We are searching for motivated line cooks, who want to craft a unique dining experience for guests. We will pride ourselves in using local ingredients that are made to order while displaying them in a consistent ways. Candidates must be professional, must possess strong plating skills, able to become part of a team, and have a desire to learn and grow, be able to work 30 to 40 hours per week, able to work nights and weekends. Applicant needs to not be afraid to put the hours in to making the restaurant a success. We need people who want stability and long-term work relationships, people who are positive and able to maintain high standards in all areas. One to two years cooking experience is preferred.
Requirements:
- Excellent knife skills.
- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changing menu items and new cooking techniques.
- Valid California food handlers card and/or ServSafe certified
- Full availability
- 1 year experience in a fast paced restaurant
