An established Carmel restaurant is looking to expand and add to its culinary team.
We're looking for career-minded individuals that can grow with us. We expect great attitudes, personal integrity, attention to detail, dedication to cleanliness, strong organization, and a team mentality. 2-3 years fine dining experience is preferred, but we are willing to teach the necessary skills as well.
We are traditionally a French/Italian restaurant. A new executive chef has recently been hired and is looking to go into the direction of Bistronomy styled food. We are a dinner only house.
