Job description

Experience of 1 year necessary! Be able to work independently as a line cook, Breakfast Lunch and Dinner menu. Experience in prepping food. Be able to handle large groups at one time. Willing to work any shifts and be responsible for keeping kitchen area clean and prep for fellow team player.

Must be able to work in fast paced environment, be flexible with responsibilities, work well in team setting. Must be able to follow directions/recipes, take full responsibility for station readiness and cleanliness. Restaurant experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high quality food items for our Guests.

Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to exceed Guests’ expectations

Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.

Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure Guest safety.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Previous Line Cook or Prep Cook experience is a plus.
