Family/Chef owned neighborhood market and catering company is looking for an experienced Line Cook.
Prior experience as a Line Cook is highly desirable.
Responsibilities Include:
Cooking and preparing menu items in accordance to recipes and standards set by the Chef.
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Preparing and portioning recipes
Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
- Must maintain a clean and safe work station
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong team player with a willingness and desire to learn and work hard.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
