Line Cook Job Description
Line cooks at The Fish Hopper are a crucial part in what makes us such an amazing restaurant, With an
extensive menu consisting of Steaks, Seafood, Pastas, Sandwiches, and a variety of different types of
cuisine, the line cook is what makes it all come together. We are a from scratch kitchen with all hands on cooking in an extremely high volume environment.
Prepares Hot and cold food in a fast-paced high volume kitchen.
Has knowledge of Basic Knife Skills
Ability to take instructions from Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Supervisors
Has knowledge of Food temperature control.
Versatile in types of cuisine prepared
Adheres to brand standards.
Adheres to Food safety Standards.
Adheres to Osha Standards
