Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role

Strong knife skills

Proficiency in various cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, frying, roasting)

Ability to cook proteins and vegetables to precise doneness

Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients

Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
