Part Time Front Desk Receptionist

We are well-appointed downtown Carmel Inn seeking for a part time receptionist (21-24 hours per week), PM shifts (2:00pm -10:00pm), and flexible evening 7 days a week that truly enjoys coming into work and does not see it as 'Just a Job', our current team has a very strong bond and we are hoping to grow out team with someone who will compliment that. Applicants must be friendly, customer service oriented, reliable, attention to details, and proficient on computers. You will have the opportunity to earn commission on reservations separate from your hourly rate.
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, plus handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You must be able to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring guest satisfaction.
Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times
Verify registration card information with the guest.
Obtain back-up information for guest credit/payment method and input into system
