Foray is a modern fine dining restaurant serving Coastal Californian cuisine. We are open for dinner from 5pm to 9pm, Wednesday through Saturday. Two consecutive days off each week. Position Available: Prep/Line Cook
Expectations:
-prepare and plate dishes
-maintain clean, organized work station and kitchen
-label, date, initial all prepped items (FIFO)
-strong communication skills (se habla espaƱol)
Compensation:
$25+ per hour, daily family meal, employee discount
Qualifications:
-Valid food handler card
-Minimum 1 year professional cooking (fine dining experience preferred)
