Our culinary team is top notch, and we serve inventive and contemporary takes on classic French, Italian, and Spanish dishes.
Our current GM is ready to transition into retirement and we are looking for a new enthusiastic and skilled restaurant manager.
Our ideal candidate:
Is looking for a long-term position where they can grow, learn, and teach while being part of a great restaurant family
Has at least 3 years of experience as a successful GM in a high volume, fine dining establishment
Has the Charisma to be the face of the restaurant and interact with a well-traveled clientele, and a style that fits with the European atmosphere
Has traveled to or lived in Europe and maybe speaks French, Spanish, Or Italian
Has a natural curiosity and love for food and wine and is enthusiastic about the restaurant business.
Knows how to create and maintain a healthy and happy work environment and culture
Has mastery of both front of the house and relevant office skills
