Terry's Lounge, located in the iconic Cypress Inn in downtown Carmel, currently seeks a Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional quality of service to our dining guests and professional collaboration with our dedicated staff. Key responsibilities include supervising all front-of -house activities with a hands-on managerial approach. This role is crucial to our commitment to delivering a seamless dining experience for our valued guests. Essential duties are the scheduling and training of FOH staff, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, and interdepartmental communication. Restaurant duties include menu and beverage program management, inventory supervision, and consistent guest interaction. Must read and speak English and possess a professional and courteous demeanor. Computer proficiency required to effectively navigate back office systems. Must be current on all industry mandated certifications and have a strong working knowledge of wine, spirits and regional cuisines.
