The Davenport Roadhouse Restaurant & Inn serves modern Californian Coastal Cuisine. We offer a large variety of food - from Thin crust pizzas to steaks and seafood, along with a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches. The Roadhouse offers a casual dining environment. We are also the only restaurant north of Santa Cruz with a full bar and we are right across the street from the beach!
We are currently only open for Take Out, however we anticipate opening more broadly in the coming months and want to prepare by hiring more servers. The current hours are limited, but as we reopen, the hours will increase.

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
Positions available :
- Servers full time / part time - working daytime and or night time shifts.
As usual, all staff members are required to work all holidays as well as weekends if requested. We desire employees who possess integrity, honesty, a team-oriented attitude, and a driven work ethic.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience with guest relations, not just order taker.
- Ability to contribute to a positive work environment professional appearance and pleasant demeanour
- Able to work in a high-pressure fast paced environment with an ability to multi-task
- Ability to carry food and lift heavier items
- Insure cleanliness of your work place - Our staff clean at closing time.
- Maintain cash and bank control procedures
- Ability to work with others as a team player
- Works quickly, neatly, and efficiently - It can get really busy.
- Able to work with a diverse group of fun co-workers
- Maintain excellence in all aspects of food service - you need to know the food you are serving
- Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand on feet for an 8 hours shift
- Capable to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work weekends and all holidays
- Must be able to commute to Davenport 9 miles north of SC
