Position Overview: We are in search of temporary Event Chefs for an upcoming event scheduled from May 17 – May 20, 2024, at Weathertech Laguna Seca. As an Event Chef, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering exquisite culinary creations to our discerning guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a diverse range of high-quality dishes
Collaborate with culinary team members to ensure seamless execution
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ensure that dishes are served in a timely manner
Offer an exceptional culinary experience to event attendees
Adapt to last-minute changes and guest preferences
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Chef, preferably in a banquet or event setting
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
Availability from May 17 – May 20, 2024, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus
