Rotating Schedule
Housekeeping: This position is responsible for maintaining resident’s rooms and common areas in clean, orderly and tidy conditions. All work is performed safely and completed on time.
Janitor: Perform the day-to-day activities of the Janitorial Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Perform the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department. Duties include
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
No experience necessary. On-the-job training will be provided.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive
criticism.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids,
disinfecting solutions, etc.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds, reach for objects and stand and walk for periods of time greater
than 20 minutes.
Successfully pass physical exam, drug screening and background check.
