We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and a friendly personality. Our dental practice is privately owned and well-established, and we place great importance on providing excellent patient care. Our team is known for being fun, friendly, and fostering a happy and healthy work environment.
This full-time position requires working from Monday to Thursday, with hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting the dentist during dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
- Taking dental x-rays
- Performing basic laboratory duties such as taking impressions and pouring models
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment
- Providing patient education on post-operative care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records using Eaglesoft
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have RDA license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- Possessing X-ray certification
- Having familiarity with dental terminology and patient assessment
- Demonstration of excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Being able to work overtime as needed
