Contractors are required to sweep floors and clean edges, corners, and tight areas prior performing work. Power scrub flooring with appropriate strength brush, vacuum, and mop clean with grease neutralizer. Relocate chairs and office supplies to perform work. Use a high-productivity floor stripper and a low-speed buffer and stripping pad to liquefy existing floor coating until wax is removed. Rinse the floor with a clean cotton mop, and clean/clear water and neutralizer. Apply three (3) coats of sealer and three (3) coats of finish making sure that each application has thoroughly dried before the next coat is applied. Contractor must provide its W9. Contractor is responsible for all equipment required to perform its work and provide a finished product: mop sticks, mop head, mop buckets, vacuum, transportation, fuel, and manpower. The vendor will have one day to perform and complete its work. Contractor must provide proof on insurance and W9.
