We are seeking a general laborer to assist the maintenance staff with daily tasks. This part-time position will be responsible for performing general labor work, landscaping, assisting with property maintenance tasks, and janitorial.
Assist with manual labor, such as moving large items, trenching, clearing heavily wooded areas, and general cleaning. Assist maintenance staff by performing basic handyman work with them, including painting, minor repairs, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and carpentry.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 21 or older.
Must be eligible to work in US
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
