Local small-business general contractor looking for a Project Manager/Superintendent and skilled laborers. Projects include custom homes in Carmel, Carmel Valley, Monterey, and Seaside, and a commercial building project. The Project Manager role can be a subcontractor, contractor's license not required, but must be able to read plans, have prior construction management experience, and is comfortable running day-to-day operations of an active construction site from the ground up and control the short-term schedule of laborers, deliverables, etc.
Our business is also looking for full-time or part-time skilled laborers with previous construction experience. Competitive hourly pay dependent on experience is offered.
