Job Responsibilities:
Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning on residential and commercial properties.
Ensure high-quality service delivery by following safety protocols and using the best tools and equipment.
Build positive relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
Maintain a professional and clean appearance and conduct yourself in a friendly and approachable manner.
Communicate effectively with both clients and the team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or solar panel cleaning is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Excellent communication and people skills—ability to interact with customers and spot opportunities for additional services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with outdoor physical labor and working in various weather conditions.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay with the potential to earn commission on upsells.
