MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Immediate opening for both full time and part time Maintenance team positions.
Applicants must have/be:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable Transportation (mileage reimbursement)
Dependable
Pass a background check
Work well with others and on own
Maintain a professional appearance
Friendly and able to get along with other employees
Basic English is REQUIRED ( we do have people to translate always)
Minimum of 2 years’ maintenance experience of hotel or apartment complex is REQUIRED
Able to pull, push or lift items up to 100 lbs.
The hours for this position are: 8am to 4:30pm on weekdays, work is in Monterey-Salinas,
This is a position for a property management company so all work has to do with buildings, homes, maintaining exterior, regular maintenance, replacements, perform preventative maintenance and property upkeep.
Responsibilities and duties are but not limited to:
Fixture replacements (lights, plugs, bulbs,)
Minor plumbing Replacements (shower cartridges, faucets, toilets, etc)
Install trim, cabinets, baseboard, etc.
Gardening
Caulking showers, toilets, tubs
Painting
Blinds

Starting Pay is $19.00-$25.00 depending on experience
