Shoreline Shines Cleaning Services is seeking dependable, detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Cleaning Technician I. Hourly Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour
Fast-Track Promotion Opportunity: Eligible for promotion to Cleaning Technician II ($25–$27/hour) based on performance
Retention Bonus after 6 months of successful employment
(Must remain in good standing—no major attendance or disciplinary issues. Bonus paid after your 6-month anniversary.)
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality cleaning in residential and commercial spaces
Follow a detailed Scope of Work for each job
Participate in quality checks and post-job inspections
Maintain professionalism with clients and team members
Use mobile tools
Safely handle and store cleaning supplies and chemicals
Schedule /Workload
Start as part-time, with potential to grow into full-time based on performance and availability
Typical shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible hrs upon request)
Must be available for scheduling any day of the week
Perform full move-out cleans of residential properties, including:
Kitchen: Clean inside/outside of cabinets, countertops, sinks, backsplash, stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher
Bathrooms: Scrub and disinfect tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, vanities, mirrors, and fixtures
General Areas: Dust all surfaces, clean baseboards, ceiling fans, doors, and light switches
Floors: Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard floors thoroughly
Windows: Clean interior windows and window tracks
Weekend availability preferred
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 years of residential or commercial cleaning experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must have a REAL ID or other valid federal ID
Able to pass a federal-level background check upon request
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable using mobile apps for job-related tasks
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
