Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery truck(Isuzu box truck) to transport goods to various destinations.
- Ensure the secure loading and unloading of cargo.
- Follow established delivery schedules and routes.
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition and report any issues promptly.
- Safely transport an array of plants, ranging from delicate flowers to sturdy shrubs, and soil ensuring their well-being during transit.
- Some plant deliveries may require lifting loads up to 70 lbs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our nursery team to coordinate and execute delivery schedules.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring the safe and healthy arrival of plants to their new homes.
When there are no deliveries, perform general maintenance tasks around the nursery
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Physical prowess to lift and transport plants weighing up to 70lbs.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Bonus: Knowledge or interest in plants.
Requirements:
Must be at least 25 years old.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Smartphone experience for communication and navigation purposes.
