We are looking for a full time plumbing and maintenance technician
Part or Full time $28-$45 an hour DOE
Must have
Valid Drivers License
Clean Driving Record
Speak English
Have their own basic tools (we supply the rest)
Must have experience in
-snaking drains
-finding and repairing leaks
-servicing and installing water heaters
-repairing and replacing shower valves
-replacing toilets and faucets
-irrigation lines
-replacing angel stops, ptraps etc
- removing and installing dish washers and washing machines
