We are seeking a skilled general labor associate and handyman to join our team in Monterey, California. This full-time position will be responsible for performing general handyman work, landscaping, and manual labor. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform basic handyman work, including painting, minor repairs, basic plumbing and irrigation, basic electrical, carpentry, maintenance, and recurring landscaping.
Assist with manual labor, such as moving furniture, and general cleaning.
Run errands as needed, including picking up and delivering supplies, equipment, and materials.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
English speaking.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Must be detail oriented and demonstrate self-discipline
