Universal Staffing is seeking a experienced Paralegal to join a long established and dynamic law firm on the Monterey Peninsula.
Responsibilities and essential skills include:
Managing all details thought the phases of litigation to trial: calendaring , assisting in depositions, exhibit prep, witness interviews, and researching.
Resourceful research, ability to prioritize, experience with MS Suite, fluent with court filings and service of processes, compile, proofread and revised drafts, record keeping and preparation of legal documents.
Candidate must have 5 years experience. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
This is a in office, full time position.
