We are seeking an individual to serve as Monitor two or more nights per week for the women's component of the Monterey-area Interfaith Homeless Emergency Lodging Program (I-HELP). Experience working with homeless or disadvantaged women is helpful, as well as the ability to communicate sensitively and productively with women across a wide range of ages and life experiences.
Experience preferred: Ability to work with minimum supervision following initial training. Able to maintain cooperative workplace relationships highly valued. As a team member, willing to work with others toward common goals.

General Job Performance Standards Professional boundaries: Has ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with guests.

Time Management: Able to get the guests on and off the bus according to the time schedule and manage guest chores.
