Monterey construction office seeking part time office administrator to help support our management team. The office administrator will oversee day-to-day operations of the office as well as provide support to the management team. Our ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and organized.
This is a part time position with some schedule flexibility. This position is approximately 20-30 hours per week Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities Include:
Answer phones and general email inquiries
Scheduling appointments
Client communications
Invoicing
Estimating Support
Managing time sheets and expense reports
Managing project files & filing
Supporting project managers
Maintaining all office supplies
Maintaining general office appearance
Providing bookkeeping support to the CFO
Desired Qualifications:
3yr. Prior experience as administrative assistant, receptionist or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in a construction, architecture, design or similar office preferred
Basic bookkeeping experience required
Microsoft Office Proficient
Google Workspace Proficient
Accounting Software Experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills required

$24-$27 per hour depending on experience
