Office Assistant / Accounting (Experienced) - Full-Time (Salinas)
Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour, based on experience

Position Title: Office Assistant - Accounts Receivables, collections, answering phones, scheduling.
Position Overview:
Alvarez Plumbing is seeking an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join our busy team. This role focuses on collections and assisting office staff in any needed duties. The position is available immediately.
Requirements:
Language Skills: English required; Spanish a plus.
Professional Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, attention to detail, organization, motivation, honesty, and professional presentation.
Duties Include:
Managing job invoicing and collections
Answering and making calls
Scheduling appointments as needed
Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
No prior plumbing knowledge is necessary.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:45 am - 4:45 pm
Experience Required:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
