Office assistant/ accounting (experienced) - Part time

For a busy plumbing office.

Bi-lingual english required/ spanish a plus

Duties:

-Job/ invoicing/ collections (accounts receivables)

-Answer phones, make calls

-Schedule appointments (as needed)

-Accounts payables

-Maintain filing systems, electronic and physical

-Positive attitude, diligent, organized, motivated, honest, professional presentation

-No prior plumbing knowledge necessary

-Must have basic computer skills such as word, excel, email, etc.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Experience:

Microsoft Office

Quickbooks a plus

accounts receivables/ collections/ payables

General admin
