Office Manager (Full-Time)
Carmel Point Landscapes is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations, scheduling, and calendars
Handle phone and email communications with clients and vendors
Process invoices, billing, payroll support, and basic bookkeeping
Maintain job files, contracts, permits, and records
Coordinate with field crews and management on schedules and materials
Support HR tasks such as onboarding, time tracking, and documentation
Qualifications
5+ years experience in office management or administrative operations
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, email, and scheduling tools
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Landscaping, construction, or trades experience preferred
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
