Part Time Office Manager/Admin Assistant

Amazing opportunity for the right person with excellent customer service skills, who also possesses strong organizational and communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Some knowledge of QuickBooks and tax experience is a plus. If you are a good multitasker who can prioritize and manage your workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision, then we look forward to hearing from you.

Respond and resolve client questions and concerns

Communicate proficiently with IRS and Franchise Tax Board (phone)

Tax return assembly

Manage client files with complete confidentiality

Data entry

Simple-light bookkeeping

Maintain office supply inventory

Record and deposit client payments

The hourly rate is $23, we offer PTO & holiday pay. This job is part time, but we do expect our admin assistant to be in the office 25-30 hours a week Monday-Friday until 5:30pm. The weekly hours and start times are negotiable upon employment.

Must be comfortable around dogs as we have an office Beagle.
