Arrive at houses after guests leave to inspect condition of house (Specifics in separate document)
Arrive at house after housekeepers are done to inspect the clean (Specifics in separate document)
Set up welcome tray, fill coffee station and food storage drawer (tinfoil, baggies ect.)
Keep Houses supplied with necessary items including Propane
Track and report maintenance to team through necessary channels
Track and report damaged items to insurance through necessary channels
Follow up with team regarding delayed maintenance and damaged items
Communicate with housekeepers on completion time of the clean
Direct housekeepers on what needs to be “touched up” after completion of clean inspection
Point out items that need specific attention during the clean after your “checkout” inspection
Schedule Vendors: Windows, carpet/couch cleaning & chimney/fireplace
Make sure the exterior of the property is kept in good condition (house & garden/yard)
Pick up and purchase necessary items for house when approved
Review cleaning schedule to make sure that properties have been appropriately scheduled
Straighten Pictures and other items around the house before guests arrive
