Seeking someone who enjoys people and making them happy. You don't need to know how to make a great pizza or know how to throw it (that's just for show). I need an ambitious, hard-working person with a desire to please the customer.
We will make sure you are fully trained on how to make the dough, cut the toppings, whip up great sauce, and how to put it al together. We will use only the best top-shelf ingredients to make good solid Neapolitan pizza on a wood fired pizza in a very high traffic area.
I will bring on the right person as a partner. Afternoon hours and days are flexible. It is all scheduled to move into a full High Revenue restaurant, which you will run. Initially, though, we will operate outdoors at a specific high-traffic area with tables overlooking Monterey Bay.
