Position involves selling adorable kids clothing, shoes & accessories to locals and visitors alike in the picturesque town of Carmel-by-the-Sea.
Restocking, merchandising & problem solving is part of our everyday.
Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail and be a forward thinker.
Exceptional Customer Service & Driving Sales a MUST
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to deliver outstanding service
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Maintain product stock levels and ensure merchandise displays are appealing
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Drive sales by recommending additional items or services based on customer needs
Base rate pay + commission
