Our teams are responsible for providing a compassionate, quality, knowledgeable experience to all of our customers. This is an entry level position within the growing cannabis industry. This position demands that any applicant be highly skilled in customer service, retail sales and possess a passion and enthusiasm for the cannabis industry.
Two years recent retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
Two years of cash handling experience.
Two years of customer experience.
Basic knowledge of medical cannabis.
Previous experience working with POS.

Welcome customers with a greeting and smile.
Check customers in to our data base, making sure that all info is accurate.
Direct them into the Dispensary once a Canna Tech is available.
Answer phones and take messages as needed.
Assist staff in preparing customers orders as needed.
Check customers out on the POS, making sure everything is rung up with accuracy.
Keep the work areas clean, including the bathrooms.
Report any issues to managers.
Communicate with team to coordinate customers care and needs while visiting us.
Help managers and team with any special projects as needed.
Keep work stations organized.
