This dynamic position maintains the computer networks of all types of local organizations.  IT Support personnel provides in person and remote based technical and end-user support for workstation, software, operating system, networking, and server issues.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners including Microsoft computers, AV equipment, point-of-sale systems, line of business software and security cameras. 

Setup workstations for new personnel as well as upgrades to existing workstations. 

Maintain other client, line of business and cloud applications and user directories as needed. 

Diagnose and respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests. 

Provide technical support across the company. 

Document issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system. 

Repair and replace equipment, as necessary. 

Maintain inventory of all hardware and software resources. 

Support and deliver RVS IT security compliance objectives. 

Work on defined IT project tasks as assigned by Operations Manager. 

Document and share knowledge with members of the IT team. 

Deliver excellent service meeting SLA delivery standards. 

Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures. 

Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people. 

Ability to work in a team environment.
