I am hiring a personal secretary/ assistant for my consulting business for a few hours per week.
The business provides consulting and other services related to environmental health and public health.
Specific past training is not required, but the ideal candidate will:
-be able to present themselves well in a friendly manner.
-have some knowledge of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, etc).
-have good verbal and written communication.
The job duties of the position will include facilitating communications between facilities, consultant, clients, and agencies. This includes making phone calls, sending emails, requesting data from agencies, data entry, and providing personalized support for some tasks and projects.
Some confidentiality and the ability to be discreet when needed will be required.
Training will be provided. Please keep in mind that this will only be a few hours a week, depending on the projects that I am dealing with.
Nearly all work will be done remotely. Someone local is preferred, but it is not absolutely required.
