ROLE DESCRIPTION: SEEKING THE NEXT GEM
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Broker Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional insurance planning services to our clients, helping them achieve their personal and financial goals through tailored insurance strategies, planning, and risk management. The ideal candidate will assess clients' insurance needs, offer recommendations on various insurance products, and offer ongoing support as their circumstances evolve. Through building trust and delivering clear, comprehensive advice, this Insurance Broker Specialist will ensure clients are protected with the right coverage for long-term peace of mind.
QUALIFICATIONS: THE SPARKLE FACTOR
■ Life, Accident & Health Agent License required.
■ 3+ years of experience in a client-facing insurance role, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Life, Health, Medicare, Dental, and Vision insurance.
■ Proficiency with insurance planning and reporting software.
■ Demonstrate ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients.
■ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
■ Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize effectively.
■ Strong networking abilities to cultivate and expand client relationships.

This position offers a commission-based earning structure, with anticipated annual earnings between $51,560 and $180,225+. Actual income will vary based on individual performance, experience, and the volume of business generated. As an independent contractor, your compensation is directly linked to your sales achievements, client relationships, and ability to earn additional income through referrals and team-building opportunities. There is no fixed salary, allowing you to unlock unlimited earning potential based on your success.
