I am a consultant and technician looking to hire a part-time secretary for a temporary position. Unfortunately, the applicants of my previous post didn't quite understand what I was looking for.
Examples of tasks include:
Office organization
Providing companionship and assistance
Field shadowing and sitting in at meetings and able to take notes if needed
Written and phone correspondence
Other tasks as assigned or other personal assistance to the consultant
Specific past training is not required, but the ideal candidate will:
-be able to present themselves well in a friendly manner.
-have some knowledge of basic computer programs and mobile apps.
-have good verbal and written communication.
