Online Waste and Recycling software company is looking to fill 2 customer service positions. The job entails providing customer support and guidance for users to track their waste and help guide them to make better recycling decisions. Typical activities include answering phone calls, customer support via live chat assistance, data entry, and teaching customers how to use the system.
Training provided
Computer, phone, and other required hardware provided
Must have reliable home internet service
Computer experience and typing skills required
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm Pacific Time (remote okay)
Answer incoming calls and Live Chat inquiries
Create a positive customer experience, resolve issues in a timely manner, and support customers in a professional manner
Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned
Be accurate, friendly, and organized
Experience & Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent troubleshooting skills: ability to effectively assist users, resolve issues and escalate as necessary
Compensation
Hourly: $20 - $22 (depending on experience) + room for advancement
