Melim Woodwork is a family operated cabinet shop, specializing in residential and commercial custom millwork. Established 15 years ago in Santa Cruz Ca, with over 100 years of millwork experience between our crew. We are looking for that next team player, someone motivated, creative, driven, and who can grow with our team and company.
This is a full time position Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Candidate must have 3 plus years woodworking experience, reliable, reasonable, great communication skills, and motivated to work.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to read millwork shop drawings and assembly sheets
- Working with hand tools, table saw, and large equipment
- Fork lift experience
- Working as a team
- Assembling cabinet and custom millwork
- Mostly in shop work but some on site work
- Able to work Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Able to lift 65 plus lbs
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Valid Drivers License
- 3 plus years woodworking experience
- Transportation to and from work
- Great communication skills
- Team player
- Able to follow instruction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Carpentry: 3 years (Required)
