I am San Francisco Architect and Contractor based in San Francisco. We have a small remodeling project in Carmel, redoing two bathrooms, a kitchen, new floors, some misc. cabinets, a few new doors and trim and overall upgrades. All work is interior. There will be a second phase of exterior work once we get permits.
We will be the contractor, and manage the job from San Francisco, I will be there a day or two most weeks and will come down with a crew for a few days here and there. I am looking for a local carpenter who can help out and keep things moving along when we are not there. If you are a small licensed company, happy to discuss how we might work together.
You need to be very experienced, a good, if not great finish carpenter, and know how to help us manage a residential remodeling job, help us manage the subs when we are not around.
We use subs for plum ing, drywall, HVAC, tile, paint, floors, etc. We will do carpentry. We do fun, modern design.
Work will starting about two weeks, around August 6-8.
I can meet you on site next weekend, July 29-31 if you are interested. Please text me if you are interested.
We can put you on our payroll or pay you as a contractor if you are licensed.
Please be prepared to provide a few references, past employers and ideally a client or two.
