We are a full service landscape construction company and maintenance company. We hold a joint license as landscape contractors and also general contractor.
We are looking for a lead crew member who has an eye for detail gardening, not just a mow and blow gardener. Ideally someone bilingual, but if not, you must be able to read, write and speak English. A knowledge of plant material, irrigation- both drip and sprinklers, and an understanding of the basic principles of organic gardening. The ability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to communicate regularly via phone call or text with the owners of the company, fill out job logs, use time card app on your phone, and be attentive to keeping up with materials lists and communicate and issues that may arise. We will supply most tools but you should have your own basic hand tools. We serve a high end clientele in Big Sur and need a good face for the company. I run the landscape side of our business, and am unable to be onsite daily because of our kids school schedules and I need someone who is my second hand person. Bonus points if you are a woman. Also bonus points if you are able to pull a trailer.
Compensation will be discussed depending on skill level and you will start out on a two week trial period. Our main account is located about 50 minutes from carmel, you must have a reliable vehicle, ideally a truck but not necessary. Our crew works a 4 day week, 10 hr days. If you are coming from town a fuel stipend can be discussed. Currently we are looking for a part time worker but eventually moving into full time
