Commercial & Residential company looking to hire for an enthusiastic, good work ethic who gets along with employee.
Essential Responsibilities:
1.Interact with other employees and customers in a professional manner
2.Safe and proper use of all tools needed for projects
3.Ability to read structural architectural plans/drawings and frame projects per plan.
4.Ability to lay out projects and complete jobs in a timely manner
5.Inspect and verify quality and correctness of all materials used during construction
General Qualifications/Requirements:
1.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Construction
2.Knowledge of basic building tools
3.MUST have basic hand tools
4.Ability to preform high quality work within assigned deadlines
5.Must have Driver's License and RELIABLE transportation to/from job site each day
6.Ability to work Monday through Friday with some overtime with timely attendance
7.Willing to work at various job sites in a day or week
8.Must have job site supervision experience in a commercial setting
Physical Demands:
1.Be able to comfortably climb ladders
2.Be able to reach overhead
3.Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
4.Be able to work in various positions including , but not limited to; stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time
5.Be able to pull, push, lift materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
6.Be able to lift at least 80 lbs of weight throughout assigned workday
