Skillset:
Advanced Repair and Installation Skills: Proficiency in a wide variety of repairs and installations, including more complex tasks like installing whole house water and or drain repiping, as well as on-demand heater installations and water softeners in a timely manner.
In-depth Code Knowledge: Deep understanding of local and international plumbing codes. Ensures all work performed is up to code and can identify and correct code violations.
Advanced Diagnostic and Problem-Solving Skills: Can troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, devise effective solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Project Management Skills: Capable of managing smaller projects independently, including planning, execution, and final inspection, as well as managing a crew. Seeing a job through from start to finish.
Advanced Customer Service Skills: Comfortable dealing with customers independently, capable of explaining complex problems and solutions in clear, understandable language.
Material Management: Understands materials needed for different projects, can estimate costs and order necessary supplies.
Training:
Field Experience: Extensive on-the-job experience gained over several years. Range 2-5 years plumbing experience.
Continuing Education or Certification: Likely to have completed additional coursework or obtained specialized certifications, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.

We are looking for an experienced plumber, this plumber should have significant experience and be capable of working independently on most tasks. They should have a strong understanding of plumbing codes and be comfortable managing smaller projects from start to finish. In addition to their technical skills, they'll also need to demonstrate strong customer service skills, as they'll likely be interacting directly with customers regularly. They will be responsible for training junior plumbers or apprentices.
