Residential community seeking all around maintenance/service technician for property upkeep. Experience in all or some of the following is required: plumbing, electrical, drywall, interior and exterior painting, flooring, landscaping, appliance repair, carpentry, light construction, hvac, safety protocols, compliance rules and regulations, etc.
