We areseeking a Journeyman Painting Foreman to join our team!You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside team and maintain a high level of craftsmanship
Coordinate the daily activities of the production
Be aware of scheduling and communicate scheduling to management
Communicate with customers
Evaluate jobs and order materials.
Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
Adhere to allsafety policies and procedures
​Qualifications:
10 years previous experience in all aspects of painting procedures ie brushing, rolling, spraying, staining, faux finish
Knowledge of paint products, production tools and equipment
Strong leadership qualities and work ethic
Excellent verbal communication skills
A reliable working vehicle, with tools that can transport ladders
