Under the supervision of the Owner and Management, the Resident Manager - will assist with the following duties:
Custodial Duties As Needed including cleaning of laundry rooms, parking areas, and grounds.
Emergency Response coordination including assisting in evacuation of buildings in the event of a disaster.
o Determine need for maintenance or management personnel to respond to after-hours emergencies.
Monitor security of property and check exterior of buildings periodically.
o Check regularly exterior lights. Report or replace light bulbs as needed.
o Alert appropriate public safety personnel and supervisor as needed to handle any unusual disturbances.
May Be Required To Mediate Disputes Between Tenants
Maintain A Daily Log Of Incidents And Their Resolutions
Light maintenance and landscaping duties as assigned including toilet stoppages, changing bulbs, other miscellaneous.
o Periodically walk the property, making sure house rules are being followed.
Showing units to perspective tenants, delivering notices, facilitating vendors, etc.
Discounted rental rate contingent upon experience. Preferred experience: light maintenance, customer satisfaction and property management
